Guided by Yoga Alliance-certified instructors with experience across a variety of traditional lineages, this intermediate course offers a balanced study of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), dhyana (meditation), yogic philosophy, and the art of teaching. You’ll not only build a strong base in the practice and principles of yoga, but also develop the confidence to share it with others from a place of authenticity.

Our 200-hour yoga teacher training is designed for those who’ve completed a 100-hour TTC  and are ready to advance their skills and self-discovery. The course covers essential topics like anatomy, physiology, teaching methodology, yoga philosophy, lifestyle, and purification practices. Designed to support both physical growth and spiritual insight, this training prepares you to share the wisdom of yoga with confidence and authenticity.

Our Comprehensive Curriculum Includes:

Asana Practice
Build strength and flexibility through intermediate to advanced postures from Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Learn proper alignment, variations, and hands-on adjustments.

Pranayama & Breathing Techniques
