About the Founder

With extensive experience in yoga across India and internationally, Arvind Sharma founded Rishikesh Yog Dham Sansthan in 2018 with a vision to provide high-quality yoga education to the youth of India. He also leads Rishikesh Yog Dham, a Yoga Alliance USA-accredited school in Tapovan, Rishikesh, offering certified teacher training programs.

Arvind Ji specializes in yoga alignment and brings over 15 years of expertise in yoga education, combining traditional knowledge with a deep commitment to authentic teaching.

Our Courses

Certificate Course in Yoga
Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time)
Eligibility: Completion of 12th Grade
Location: RYDS Campus, Rishikesh

At RYDS, students can enroll in a short-term undergraduate certificate course designed to provide a foundational understanding of yoga. This program offers an introduction to various aspects of yoga, including philosophy, human anatomy, and practical training.

Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time)
Eligibility: Completion of 12th Grade
Location: RYDS Campus, Rishikesh

At RYDS, students can enroll in a short-term undergraduate certificate course designed to provide a foundational understanding of yoga. This program offers an introduction to various aspects of yoga, including philosophy, human anatomy, and practical training.

P.G. Diploma in Yoga

Duration: 1 Year (Full-Time)

Location: RYDS Campus, Rishikesh

RYDS offers a one-year Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga designed for students who wish to dive deeper into the science and philosophy of yoga. The course is divided into two semesters and combines theoretical knowledge with practical training.

M.A. in Yogic Science

Duration: 2 Years (Full-Time)
Eligibility: Graduation with a minimum of 40% in any discipline from a recognized university
Location: RYDS Campus, Rishikesh

RYDS offers a comprehensive Master’s program in Yogic Science for those looking to gain in-depth knowledge of yoga, yogic philosophy, and alternative systems of medicine. This two-year course is ideal for students who wish to specialize in yoga education, therapy, and research within the field of yoga.
