Day 1: Orientation & Introduction to Yoga

Morning:

  • Yoga: Gentle body movements (focus on calming the nervous system)
  • Yoga Nidra: Body scan meditation for rest and relaxation
  • Pranayama: Active breath regulation to balance biorhythms
  • Mantra Chanting & Trataka: Techniques to set intentions and enhance concentration

Afternoon:

  Evening:

  • Sound Healing: Experience the different frequencies within and around you

Day 2: Shatkarma (Yogic Detoxification) & Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation)
