Yogi Arvind Ji

Founder of Rishikesh Yog Dham

Biography: Born in a village in the Himalayas, Arvind hails from a family of scholars who followed the path of Ayurveda and Yoga. It did not take long for Arvind to follow in the footsteps of his family. He has been practicing yoga since the age of 7. He completed his education in the arts and began teaching yoga full-time.

He traveled to countries like China, Russia, France, Indonesia, Thailand, spreading his knowledge and expertise in the field of Yoga. On his return from China, he established his yoga school in the year 2011.

Today he runs Rishikesh Yoga Dham with all his strength and dedication, with the sole aim of spreading the knowledge of Yoga to as many people as possible. He is a favorite of many people who come to Rishikesh in search of in-depth knowledge on the subject. He is a Yoga Alliance USA Registered E-RYT with 14 years of teaching experience.

Yogi Murali ji has been a disciple of Arvind for a long time and over the years he has mastered his love for yoga. He completed his Masters in Yoga in 2014 and has since been teaching yoga all over the world. He experienced his teaching in China and Vietnam for a few years and is now visiting his home in Rishikesh to connect with his roots and his undying love for the simple yogic life. He is visiting faculty at Rishikesh Yoga Dham, teaching yoga and kriya.

Nitin ji was introduced to yoga when he was 13 years old. Has been teaching yoga philosophy professionally for 8 years and has a master's degree in yoga. He is an expert in yoga philosophy, meditation and yoga therapy and teaches yoga philosophy at Rishikesh Yoga Dham.

Nitin Ji has received a master's degree in Yoga Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar, Uttarakhand. He also holds a master's degree in Philosophy of Art from Shri Dev Suman University, Uttarakhand. He is well versed in all aspects of the teaching and methodology, including asana and meditation. Since childhood he deepened his study and practice in yoga and meditation through various scriptures.

Bhupendra Ji was born in a very small village in the central range of the Himalayas, hence he found a unique yogic environment in his village. Many yogis (sages) used to practice yoga there, they learned some basic principles of yoga from those sages.

So he has been practicing yoga (mainly shatkarma, asana pranayam and meditation) since childhood, he deepened his study and practice on pranayam and meditation through various texts and commentaries. He also met some modern yoga teachers and shared the knowledge.
