Hanumant Ji was born in Uttarakhand, India. From the age of 9 to 17, he lived and practiced a traditional yogic lifestyle at the Gurukul Rewari in Haryana. For the past five years, he has been living and working with Rishikesh Yog Dham, where he teaches various forms of yoga and shares his deep knowledge of alternative therapies, including acupressure, marma therapy, naturopathy, and Ayurveda’s Panchakarma—both traditional and modern approaches.

He holds a degree in Yogic Science from Patanjali University in Uttarakhand and a master’s in Yoga and Alternative Therapies from Dehradun. During his studies, he completed over five months of an internship, specializing in Vedic philosophy, yogasana, pranayama, yoga nidra, anatomy and physiology, posture alignment, naturopathy, and Panchakarma therapy.

Hanumant Ji has strong expertise in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and therapeutic yoga and is a devoted practitioner of Shatkarma (the yogic cleansing of vital organs).
