Ilu Sharma was born and brought up in Madhya Pradesh. She has completed her graduation in biotechnology from IPS Academy Indore. She’s always keenly interested in yoga following her interest she came to know that Rishikesh is the capital of yoga. she came to Rishikesh to pursue her master’s degree and completed her master’s in yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. She has also completed her 500 hours in the Yoga TTC and 100 hours in pre and postnatal from Rishikesh and also earned her diploma in Panchkarma.
